Punch the dough down, reshape, cover and let rise until doubled, 30 to 45 minutes. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface, pat it out and roll it up, pinching together the seams on the bottom and sides. Place the loaf in a lightly oiled 9x5x3-inch loaf pan. Cover and let rise a third time, 30 to 40 minutes. Preheat the oven to 400.
